Signs it's time to redesign

You do not need an expert to spot most of these. Pull your site up on your own phone and look at it the way a first-time customer would.

• Text is tiny or you have to pinch to zoom
• The phone number is not tappable
• Pages take several seconds to load
• Photos are stretched, blurry, or years out of date
• Services listed no longer match what you do
• There is no simple way to request a quote
• The design looks noticeably older than your competitors'
• You cannot get changes made without paying a developer

What we keep and what we replace

A redesign should not throw away things that are already working. Existing page addresses that rank in Google are kept or redirected properly, your real content is carried over and tightened rather than deleted, and any photos worth keeping are re-cropped instead of discarded.

What gets replaced is the layout, the navigation, the mobile experience and the calls to action — the parts that decide whether a visitor contacts you.

Fix or replace?

If the site is only a couple of years old, loads reasonably fast, and just needs new photos and updated wording, a set of maintenance edits is cheaper and quicker than a redesign. We will tell you when that is the honest answer.

A full redesign makes sense when the underlying layout cannot be made to work on a phone, when the platform is abandoned or expensive, or when the business has changed enough that the structure no longer matches what you sell.

Redesigns start at $699 and include four rounds of edits. We start by reviewing your current site page by page, agree on the structure, then build the new version and show it to you before anything is switched over. Your existing site stays live the whole time.
